OPT is led by Anisha, a seasoned HR mama to many here in Malaysia. She has personally hired over 500 talents across multiple organisations, including 20 who are now founders leading multiple companies and teams themselves. Anisha has extensive experience building people = business programmes and initiatives around hiring, Employee Engagement and Culture. Anisha, our Founder and Managing Partner sure knows what it takes to build thriving teams.
Anisha is joined by Bashirah and Sha, OPT Partners who specialise in projects and programmes related to performance and rewards, culture building, engagement, around learning and development, wellbeing and recognition.
Together with other HR and business leaders from various corporate and startup companies in Southeast Asia, our team is excited to partner with forward-thinking leaders that genuinely care about building a win-win company.
